Lately, my juicer have been running constantly. I love making fresh, delicious juices in the mornings to bring with me to work.
My favorites are definitely pure orange juice, and the two juices I’ll give you the recipes for in today’s post.
The yellow juice is only made from fruit, and tastes so sweet and delicious, everyone is sure to love it.
It is most definitely the best juice I have ever tasted!
The green juice on the other hand, is probably more a juice for the experienced juicer, because it has more vegetables in it, and that takes some time getting used to.
Anyway, feel free to try them both out, experienced or not.
But first, a few thoughts about juicing.. I know there are a lot of different opinions there about juicing.
When you juice you remove the fibers in the fruit, leaving mostly carbohydrates in the form of sugars, as well as vitamins and minerals.
For me, juicing works as an addition to my daily diet, because it makes me able to consume a lot more fruit and veggies than I would normally do.
I therefore think that drinking your fruit and vegetables in form of juice shouldn’t replace whole fruits and veggies, but it can work as a way to supercharge your intake of them.
Freshly squeezed juice in the morning is also one of this worlds true miracles.. Add a few dates and you’ve got a little bit of heaven.
