I hope you all are having a wonderful week.
I am having my winter break from school this week, so I am definitely having a great time.
The weather hasn’t been too good though, but I guess that’s just a great excuse to stay in bed, eating lots and lots of nana ice cream and watch endless episodes on Netflix .
Today I am sharing with you a super quick recipe for liquor ice flavored banana ice cream (yes, ANOTHER one, hihi).
As you probably have understood by now, I LOVE my nana ice creams.
Lately I have been so lucky as to get several bags of ripe bananas from a store nearby, because they are too ripe to sell.
Not too ripe for me though, I like them best when they are spotty and sweet.
Another thing I want to mention is that I will share with you more low fat recipes for the days to come.
I am trying to reduce my fat intake, because I have a tendency to eat WAY more than what is considered healthy.
Please, do not misunderstand me, I do believe that some fats are good for you, especially raw fats from nuts, seeds, coconuts and avocado.
I just feel like I should decrease my intake of them, just to see how that feel and what it will do to my health.
I will of course keep you updated, so I’ll write more about this another time.
Now: banana ice cream
- 5-7 frozen bananas
- 1/2 tbsp raw liquorice powder
- blueberries and coconut sugar for toppings.
