These rolls have been my favorite snack the past few days.
They are so incredible easy to make, taste wonderful and are made in less than ten minutes.
The recipe is almost too easy to share, it’s only coconut and dates.
You can of course add in some cardamom, cinnamon or cacao, which would probably taste wonderful, but they are also a big hit all by themselves.
These are both good-tasting and good for your body.
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 10 large medjool dates
Place the coconut in a food processor.
Prosess until flour.
Set about 1 tbsp of the coconut flour aside.
Pit the dates and add them to the food processor.
Blend until everything sticks together.
Roll the mixture into balls or rolls and cover them in the remaining coconut flour.
